Aligning Hunting and Fitness for the Ultimate Training Program
Are you looking to start off the new year by improving your fitness level? Consider joining this training program that is specifically designed for hunters and is perfect for you no matter where you are in your fitness journey; training for a hunting expedition, wanting to improve strength, gain mobility, lose weight or to avoid injury on your next outdoor adventure.

Participants will join together on eight Monday evenings in January, February and March at Elevate YYC Crossfit Centre. Coach Amanda and Coach Steven will work with us both as a group and individually to improve your overall fitness.
Class Schedule:
January 19 (Monday) 7-8 pm --------- January 26 (Monday) 7-8 pm
February 2 (Monday) 7-8 pm ---------- February 9 (Monday) 7-8 pm
No class on February 16 - Family Day
February 23 (Monday) 7-8 pm ---------- March 2 (Monday) 7-8 pm

March 16 (Monday) 7-8 pm
Participants should bring a backpack that they would use for scouting or hunting and items they can add to their pack as weight. Comfortable workout clothing and a water bottle are also needed, along with clean shoes.

Cost - $40 (for all eight sessions!) That is a discount of $140 for Sarcee Fish and Game members! Members of the public pay $180 for this course.
