8 weeks : July 6-August 31st, Mondays at 7pm, no classes on August 3rd

Location: Elevate YYC CrossFit: 1-640 42nd Ave NE

This is your chance to improve your fitness and explore the world of CrossFit. Join Coach Amanda as she takes us through a strategically planned workout each week. Amanda's workouts take all fitness and age levels into consideration.

Drop-In Rates: Can't make all of the classes but would like to try CrossFit? Now you can register for one class or only for the classes you are available! Select the "Drop-In" option after you click the register button. Please register for each class you would like to attend. Only $5/class - the absolute best price anywhere!
