When you want a hardcore class to learn both fresh and smoked sausage techniques…look no further!
This training session is for those seeking to understand the components of making a consistently wonderful sausage. Participants will receive valuable tips and techniques for better and tastier sausage from an accredited CTR instructor. During this class, a few different kinds of sausage are made using CTR's High Caliber spice blends. Students will receive a booklet of information, recipes, and samples. No prior experience is necessary to attend this course.
This class would typically cost $130 to attend, but with the support of the SFGA membership educational subsidy program, the course is available to SFGA members at a significantly reduced rate.
